The Process Development Group (PDG) located at Chennai and Mumbai has over 67 scientists working on route development and optimization. The Chennai Centre has 2 kilo lab suites and one pilot plant. The centres are fully equipped with analytical instrumentation and have dedicated teams for analytical methods development also. The scale up team in PDG has access to a cGMP FDA approved pilot plant located at Hyderabad and Chennai - besides development labs at Mumbai and Chennai.
